First off, I'd like to say that I despise going to a dealership. I worked with Jerry over the phone getting a ballpark idea of where we stood on the cost of trading/buying a new ram. I have to say that this was the easiest truck buying experience I've had. Jerry worked with me on my cost requirements and we came to an agreement fairly quickly. Lynn in the finance office was very pleasant, not pushy and had good answers to my questions. I'd recommend Heartland dodge to anyone looking to purchase a new dodge vehicle.

Had to go in for a fix on my jeep wrangler. Thought it was gonna be a mess because the piece that needed to be replaced, ended up being glued for some odd reason I have no idea why but Jared west was amazing. The staff, especially Jerry, was extremely helpful in securing the Ram truck. It took awhile but it finally came in. If I knew anyone in the Excelsior Springs area I would highly recommend Heartland as a dealer who will treat you fair.

These guys don't fit the reputation of car dealers. They were extremly honest and did what they could to help you get a vehicle. The finance dept person was very kind and answered my questions honestly. I left with a sweet 2016 Toyota Highlander. If you need a car or truck, suv then get yourself down there. They will help you get going.

Go see Jerry. He is a great salesman. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try and push me into something I didn't want. Very polite. Dru in the finance department was also very amazing. The whole process took a little over an hour. In past experience buying a vehicle is an all day process with lots of standing around and a headache.

Do not recommend purchasing from them. Hidden fees and price gouging. READ EVERYTHING, the fine print. THEN GO SOMEWHERE else. truck has been parked while out of town working. Went to tag the new truck and realized the huge difference in agreed upon price and bill of sale/loan price. READ AND READ again before signing.

Got an oil change today. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a video that my mechanic sent via text showing the inspection under my car. He explained everything as he showed me. This dealership is a place I feel like they always put the customer first. They don’t try to up sell you. They are very trustworthy.

“Red” was very accommodating to the timeframe we had available to test drive a specific vehicle. The Jeep was not on the lot at the time. He acquired it back by the time we arrived to test drive. He wasn’t pushy and made the vehicle buying experience the “BEST” we have come across in decades of car buying. We will be returning when we buy our next truck to see “Red”.

Recently Bought a new Truck. Very straight forward. Fastest trip I have ever had to a dealership. Jerry was easy to work with and very helpful. Answered all my questions. Even snagged my sunglasses I forgot in my trade-in. Financed it through them as well. Nice Lady did the paperwork. She got me a better rate for my loan than i was expecting. I would buy from them again for sure.
